    Shobana is a transformation strategist and the visionary behind Playmakers’ people-first approach to organisational growth. With 25+ years’ experience leading change initiatives across retail, professional services, healthcare, education, technology and not-for-profit sectors, she brings a unique blend of commercial insight, cultural acumen and industry-wide perspective – and is trusted by top organisations globally. As Managing Director, Shobana works closely with the executive teams to drive growth, build capability and lead high-impact transformation programs on behalf of clients. Known for her bold thinking and genuine care for others, she has a rare skill for quickly building both trust and momentum – two critical success levers in complex organisational environments. She is also the architect of The Phoenix Program – Playmakers’ flagship career transition initiative – and a champion for inclusive, future-focused workforce design. Clients value her ability to align vision with execution, mobilise diverse stakeholders and deliver commercially viable, socially responsible outcomes that last. Shobana now brings her wealth of experience growing People First initiatives to Thiramy.

    Jeremy is a high-impact growth strategist and trusted enterprise advisor with over 20 years’ experience accelerating business outcomes across corporate, government, and entrepreneurial sectors. With roles ranging from Senior Partnerships Manager at Medibank to Chief Executive Officer of the Geelong Chamber of Commerce, Jeremy specialises in unlocking new market opportunities, guiding strategic pivots, and designing enterprise solutions that respond to both operational complexity and shifting demand. As Executive Advisor for Strategic Partnerships & Growth at Playmakers, he leads commercial development and cross-sector engagement – forging transformative alliances and positioning clients to scale with impact. With deep expertise in executive engagement, market entry and large-scale solution design, he brings sharp commercial insight and long-range vision to every engagement. Clients value his strategic foresight, appetite for innovation and ability to translate vision into tangible value. Jeremy now brings this wealth of experience and expertise to Thiramy.
